What we collect
- When you send a form (water test booking, services, contact or franchise): your name, phone number, email, province or area, the service you choose and your message.
- When you visit: the pages you view, device and browser details, approximate location from your IP address, and cookies (see Cookies).
- When you contact us on LINE, by phone or by email, that conversation is also subject to that provider's own terms.
How we use it

- To measure and improve our website and our advertising.
We use form details to act on your request, and visit data on the basis of our legitimate interest in measuring our website and advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us run things:
- Our customer management system, which receives form enquiries.
- Vercel, which hosts the website.
- Google (Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads) and Meta (Facebook pixel), for measurement and advertising. When you send a form we may share your email with Google in hashed (encoded) form to measure our ads.
Some of these providers store data outside Thailand, including Google, Meta and Vercel.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry and contact details in our customer management system with no set end date; they are not deleted automatically. You can ask us to delete yours at any time (see Your rights).
